This is not a food blog, and yet cooking is something I do everyday. I am not an expert cook, and this means that I feel free to experiment with any dish that catches my fancy – be it North or South Indian, Mediterranean or Mexican, Italian or hyphenated American. Sometimes, the dishes turn out to be hyphenated Indian, or a mish-mash of different cultures., but nevertheless very delicious.
This page contains a list of all my successful experiments. They contain recipes and methods, of course, but as you’ll find, there’s much more than a mere recipe.
