I chase dreams. I chase them down the crowded alleyways of our routine-filled days, I chase them down the wide roads of our imagination. I have caught up with a few of my dreams, but around the corner, there is always a bigger dream that runs ahead.
One of these big dreams is writing. I love to read, and I also love to write. If I were to become a writer, I would love to be the sort of writer who makes you laugh, like a P.G. Wodehouse or a Terry Pratchett.
I am also the sort of person who memorized Jabberwocky in childhood and recited it to any unsuspecting passerby. Hopefully, this blog will not be as nonsensical. Or if it is, it will be as memorably nonsensical.
Lekhni is not my real name. Then why do I call myself Lekhni? The answer is here. As you can see, lekhni means a pen, or writing. So eLekhni is what this blog is – the e-version of my writings.
But this blog is not all about me – it is about you, my reader. I would like to tell you stories, but I would also love to hear your comments and opinions on the stories.

I was reading ur blog posts and found some of them to be wow.. u write well.. Why don’t you popularize it more.. ur posts on ur blog The Imagine Universe took my particular attention as some of them are interesting topics of mine too;
BTW I help out some ex-IIMA guys who with another batch mate run http://www.rambhai.com where you can post links to your most loved blog-posts. Rambhai was the chaiwala at IIMA and it is a site where users can themselves share links to blog posts etc and other can find and vote on them. The best make it to the homepage!
This way you can reach out to rambhai readers some of whom could become your ardent fans.. who knows..

Which is why I love it when the comment section turns into a discussion 
I came from Usha’s blog after seeing your recent comment. I think ‘cosmic dust’ is the right answer for the question, ‘where are you from?’ I wanted to check out the person who can give suggest such an enlightening answer. I am glad that I found you- the lines of Dinkar’s poetry are still echoing in my head. If you take the different meaning of the lines then you will see that your situations are different. Dinkar did not have the freedom of the blog world where we can write freely with no constraints. Let those stories leap out pal- there are many out there to catch their fall!
